UNTIL THE DEPOSIT IS SECURED THAT CONVERSATION IS ONLY  HYPOTHETICAL AND IS NOT A GUARANTEE AS I WILL NOT PUT YOU ON MY CALENDAR WITHOUT YOUR PREBOOKING DEPOSIT,  this applies to both new and existing PD members looking to prebook a session with me . 

CANCELLATION POLICY
Mutually respecting our time is key. I do require a reasonable 20% deposit before every extended visit. When pre-booking shorter visits (2 hrs or less this deposit is $100) . It brings me peace of mind knowing we are confirmed.
In the case life comes up, for local SF Bay Area meetups cancellations within 4 or more days of our scheduled meetings creates a credit to be used within the next two weeks. 
Cancellations made within within 72hrs or less require a cancellation fee 50% of the booking. Cancellations made within 24 hours require a cancellation fee 100% of the booking In the rare event that I cancel, the deposit will be returned to you. Also please note If you cancel without any notice you will forfeit this deposit in full. 
While I’m touring or outside of the Concord area it’s extremely important for you to honor your word for our date.
OUTCALLS:

 🚗 All Outcalls Rather You Have A PD handle or Not will Require A $100 Deposit Upfront this deposit will be based off the distance of your location from mines as that will factor into my travel as well as the length of session you are inquiring about (deposit may be higher if further or looking for longer session).  Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied towards the session however if you do not show or cancel without notice this deposit is forfeited . Also please note If the outcall is more than 30mins away from me at the time of booking then this deposit will be in addition to my donation. 

How long would you like to see me?
Depending On The City My minimum is outcall is 30 minutes for most local cities outcalls; in others it’s 1 Hour
