CANCELLATION POLICY

Mutually respecting our time is key. I do require a reasonable 20% deposit before every extended visit. When pre-booking shorter visits (2 hrs or less this deposit is $100) . It brings me peace of mind knowing we are confirmed.

In the case life comes up, for local SF Bay Area meetups cancellation within 48 hours creates a credit to be used within the next two weeks. A cancellation within two hours of us meeting will not be returned at all as respect for my time. Also please note If you cancel without any notice you will forfeit this deposit in full.

While I’m touring or outside of the Concord Antioch Area it’s extremely important for you to honor your word for our date. I have a strict two week cancellation policy to create a credit for next time and cancellations within 48H will not be returned.

OUTCALLS:

🚗 All Outcalls Rather You Have A PD handle or Not will Require A 100 Deposit Upfront this deposit will be to secure the session and applies . If your location is more than 30 mins from mines the $100 deposit will go towards my LYFT/GAS/UBER Fee in addition to the total session donation this will cover my travel . Deposits are non-refundable .

• How long would you like to see me?
• Depending On The City My minimum is 30 minutes for most local cities outcalls; in others it’s 1 Hour
• FMTY is a 4 hour minimum plus flight and hotel accommodations and any other accommodations noting that the flight and hotel funds must be sent as a deposit in advance to me coming. I will require my own hotel for getting ready , downtime, private phone calls, personal storage , and rest between excursions regardless of if I’ll be spending most the time at your location.
