Most providers won't see you without screening you. With reviews, screening becomes a lot easier and faster. All they have to do is check out the reviews you've left, and the responses to those reviews.

Touring is very expensive $$$ and there is a lot of time, effort and big money put into booking tours and scheduling appointments!! And due to the increasing amount of flakey time wasters in this industry, There is a 50 percent deposit required on all bookings for all clients (no exceptions) via Visa Gift Card, Venmo or Cash App, or Bitcoin
If you cancel 48+ hours before our appt, your deposit will be held and honored to reschedule for another time as I’m always touring .
If you cancel less than 48 hours, regardless of reason, your deposit is forfeited because another suitor would have gladly taken that time frame. Time is money. I respect your time and please do the same for me.
Common Sense Tip: please do not wait til the day I’m traveling and arriving to your destination before trying to book! If you’ve seen my ad for 7-10 days before I arrive then be smart and get screened and booked w your deposit early! I will NOT have time to chase down your refs or screen you on my travel/arrival day. Appts are prebooked w 50 percent deposit and my rates are very reasonable!!
