Most providers won't see you without screening you. With reviews, screening becomes a lot easier and faster. All they have to do is check out the reviews you've left, and the responses to those reviews.

when scheduling an appointment, please keep in mind that I need a minimum of 4 hours notice prior to meeting so I can get ready and plan accordingly. I typically am available to meet between noon and midnight but can meet outside of those hours if planned in advanced. During those hours, I will still need 4 hours advance notice. I also require screening prior to scheduling. I need either some sort of verification of identity or a vouch from a reputable source.
