Screening is mandatory, if you don’t have an account please send me a picture of your ID and a picture of you holding up your pinky finger ( your ID picture MUST be clear ). 

**If you book on my website you will still need to be screened before the appointment is confirmed, please put your screen name in the notes section while booking and if you don't have a PD account please put that and send other form of verification to my phone number. If neither are in notes the appointment will be canceled and that time slot will become available again**
