I want to sincerely apologize for my actions and the experience you had—it’s clear I fell short, going through life obstacles and I take full responsibility. As an entertainer for many years this is the 1st time i experienced bad reviews within a short time frame and I apologize for those who I encountered in the past month due to my negligence.
I understand how this impacted your experience, and I’m genuinely sorry. This has been a learning moment for me, I’m returning the deposit to those I couldn’t meet ( from my own schedule and good reasons) and I’m committed to doing better forward.
