Hi, I’m Sasha — an experienced fitness coach with a soft, girl-next-door vibe and a love for helping people unwind. I’m a playful mix of goofy, sensual, and strong: Russian-born, American sweetheart energy, athletic frame with feminine curves, and striking green eyes.

I’m all about cozy nights in with my cats, hot baths, new restaurants, true crime rabbit holes, and way too much tea. My weeks are filled with strength training, HIIT, Pilates, and dancing around the house.

With a background in exercise science, I’ve spent years coaching everyone from beginners to athletes, plus clients rehabbing injuries. My experience spans one-on-one and group training, powerlifting, and even gym management, sales, and marketing.

I’m passionate about how stress shows up in the body and how movement and nurturing touch can help you slow down, breathe, and feel present again. I’m “vanilla with a little spice” — no circus tricks, just warm, attentive, and fully engaged time focused on you.
