My honey-colored eyes, golden-bronze skin, and softly exotic features draw you in at first glance. While my warm and intuitive nature keep you feeling seen and appreciated.

Warm, intuitive and a bit of a free spirit, I’m also an introvert at heart. That introspection, along with my deep empathy, means I pay close attention to the subtle details that matter most. When I’m not working on my holistic herbal business, you’ll often find me on my yoga mat keeping my flexibility and stamina at their best, savoring summer days wine tasting at Castello di Amorosa in Napa, or ice skating in South Lake Tahoe when the snow falls.

Travel is one of my greatest joys. My most treasured memories include riding elephants in Bali and swimming under waterfalls in Honolulu.

Beyond my formal training, I like to say I have a “PhD in human nature.” I’m endlessly fascinated by the psychology of attraction, pleasure and intimacy — especially the deep connection between our emotions, sensuality and sense of self.
