2. Selfie with you driver’s license (you may use your finger to cover the ID number)
3. Picture of your business card or work badge along with the associated email.
4. Two provider references, with URL links to their profiles (please do not just send their phone numbers).

*** CANCELLATION POLICY***
I set aside time to make sure our date is as memorable as possible! I never agree to anything I can not fulfill. I realize that plans change. If your plans change please see my cancelation policy below.
Cancellation fees are due and payable within 24 hours of notification via payment instrument of my choosing. One to two-hour dates – Cancelling with 48-25 hours’ notice will result in a fee of half the donation. Cancelling with less than 25 hours’ notice will result in a fee of the entire donation. Extended Dates (3+ hours) – Cancelling a date with 4-7 days notice will result in a fee of half the donation. Cancelling a date with less than 3 days notice will result in a fee of the entire donation. Travel Dates – Cancelling a date with 8-15 days notice will result in a fee of half the donation. Cancelling a date with less than 8 days notice will result in a fee of the entire donation.
*** DEPOSIT POLICY ***
I love fulfilling fantasies, some fantasies require a deposit to make them come true. Dates lasting 3 or more hours, multiple provider dates, or per my discretion a 50% deposit will be asked. I never agree to anything I can not fulfill, if anything were to happen on my end the deposit is 100% refundable.
