CANCELLATION POLICY

If an appointment is canceled, a cancellation fee equal to 15% of the original appointment will be charged. However, this amount can be applied as a credit toward a rescheduled visit, provided the rescheduled appointment is booked within two weeks of the original date. If the rescheduled appointment is not made within this two-week period, the cancellation fee will no longer be applicable as credit.
