Visits desired to be booked in advance of one day are available with a 25% deposit of the total, which is then deducted from the total honorarium at time of meet. I realize that life can be hectic and situations may arise which cause the need to cancel or reschedule a visit. Please know that from the time you book your visit I am reserving that spot (plus an allotment of time before & after) for you and only you, and declining any other offer that comes in for that spot in the meantime. The fees are designed to take the edge off of any "dead" time I've ended up reserving, and as a way to wipe the slate clean so that we may meet for future visits without any grudges whatsoever. I also realize YOUR time is just as valuable. I will never waste your time, nor stand you up. If the need to cancel on my part presents itself, I stand by my own rules and will offer you a credit of $40 to be used at any future visit you desire. (This has happened twice in 6 years now.) If I ever no call/no show to a visit, I will offer you a credit of $60. (This has happened once to date, when my phone was stolen and I was not reachable to give my address.) 🤪
