As an experienced body worker, agile yogini, and seasoned Tantrika, I LOVE to work and weave my sessions through the realms of the physical & the meta-physical. I include Tantric elements because there are so many simple but profound techniques, powerful to calm our busy minds, relax the lingering tension, and expand the sensations of our body.

Tantric practice is the physical exercise of Tantra. Tantra at it’s core is a "body based" spiritual path. One which acknowledges physical touch and pleasure as vital human needs. My practice is thus rooted in the Tantric beliefs that desire is not the enemy and pleasure is our most basic human right. We need not repress the desires which fuel us. Tantra helps us to follow our desires consciously and respectfully
