I will always treat you with respect and l expect the same treatment from you in return. Always be a gentleman and I will always be a lady. Please do not expect me to keep track of our time together, although I may do so, it's still your responsibility to be fully aware of all factors involved.

I should never have to ask for consideration, it is very rude and distasteful. You are well aware of what the circumstances are in advance, so I should not have to remind you of these details or ever need to question anything in regards to your side of the business agreement. Regardless if I am very familiar with you or barely acquainted with you, you are never exempt from respecting the common etiquette.

If you ask me about anything inappropriate in person, I will ask you leave. If you fail to communicate with full transparency or attempt to behave in any manner that exceeds personal boundaries, then you will be blacklisted. If you do anything that is clearly forbidden, then I will make it clear to you that you will receive an additional legal invoice for any type of intentional or negligent torts; interference with prospective economic advantages and/or established contractual agreements, harassment, stalking, (any willful act that infringes upon all personal and business rights). Failure to comply with final total will accumulate monthly fees or 10% annually.

TRAVEL MEMO

I do travel frequently for necessary business purposes that have been confirmed and planned out accordingly. Minimum booking varies by the estimated round trip travel time. The total hours spent for any long distance travel needs to also be considered along with the timeframe that is reserved.

FLY ME TO YOU / WEEKEND GETAWAYS

Please inquire for more details on West Coast, Mid-West, or East Coast domestic travel plans. A minimum of 72 hour advanced notice is required. Round trip airline travel + daily expenses are separate expenses. I will provide an itemized statement along with the invoice to further review. 

I have years of experience with FMTY meetings that have ranged from a starting introduction of 6 HR, 12 HR, 24 HR and longer reservations of 2 days, 3 days, 5 days, and up to 1 - 2 weeks at a time on a monthly basis for more exclusive type of encounters. I have also traveled internationally with clients and solo.

SCREENING PROCESS

When you are ready to start screening process to establish plans with me, please send me a professional email message. I will not entertain any inappropriate messages or vague immature approaches.

Start with a respectful introduction that includes your full name, age, ethnicity, & professional background so I am able to discern whether we are a good match or not. I need to be able to screen you throughly before I even consider anything else. Please be sure to include proper information regarding at least (2) of your most recent & reputable references, then I can start the process of verifying the details and check my additional resources for more feedback.

Once I confirm that everything is cleared, then we can discuss our schedules and reserve a timeframe to meet. I need an advanced notice of what day/time works for you and I will try to accommodate to your schedule. Please check the section tab above titled "schedule" to see my specific daily availability throughout the week.

After we have established plans and the reservation deposit is confirmed, then we will communicate via my phone number for the more details about my location, etc. Calls and texts are reserved for gentlemen that have already confirmed appointments with deposits via email.

A serious inquiry typically does not require over 5 to 10 maximum back and forth messages. If you contact me and don't follow up in a timely manner on more than one attempt, then I will not consider anything else with you going forward.
