COVID-19 NOTICE

These are unique times and with that come unique measures.

As we head back into the holidays and stricter quarantines I am particularly cautious for both our safety.

My home is in a tiny little seaside town that is entirely secluded from neighboring towns.

I have everything I need delivered so as to limit my exposure to the outside world.

I am therefore able to safely self isolate and social distance with ease.

As a former (and still sexy) nurse and active holistic health provider I am always hyper-vigilant about minimizing risk factors in my work/living space.

Safety on all levels has always been a top priority, and remains so.

I am only offering extremely limited appointments well spaced apart, and only with clients who are also practicing responsible social distancing and self isolation.

If you fit this description I would be happy to offer you an appointment, as I continue to feel safe and comfortable doing so.

If you are NOT, I would still love to see you, however prefer that we wait until a later date.

It's up to each of us to take care of ourselves and one another.
