(Part 1) Picture of you holding your ID with photo, full name, and date of birth visible. Your address can be redacted for privacy.

(Part 2) Pick at least one of the following:

• Employment information: Place of employment and proof such as LinkedIn profile (must match photo ID), phone number or work email, paystub.

OR

• References from other entertainer: Check that the provider is willing to be your reference to ensure I get a response from them!

Deposit & Cancellation

If you are new to me, I require a 20% deposit sent via Cash App. Once appointment details are agreed upon, send deposit to confirm your session with me. The deposit will count toward your total donation.

If you cancel with a full day notice your deposit is refunded minus a 10% cancellation fee. If you cancel with less than 24 hour notice or you cancel an incall session, deposit is not refunded.

If I have to cancel for any reason, I will refund you the deposit in full.

I am based in San Diego. Please give me at least 72 hour notice for planning travel, please! If you want to meet me but do not have a date in mind yet, I suggest pre-screening to allow more spontaneity.
