Hello, I’m Adrienne.

Based in Sacramento and also available in the Bay Area, I offer open-minded, body-led experiences centered around connection, presence, and how you feel.

I’m intuitive and emotionally attuned, creating a space that feels grounding, relaxed, and easy to settle into. If desired, sessions may begin with sound healing and meditation to help you fully unwind.

I blend tantra-inspired touch, full-body Nuru-style bodywork, and therapeutic elements such as hot stones and cupping to support deep relaxation and release.

I also offer prostate massage, including milking, as well as mutual shower rituals within Nuru sessions for a more immersive experience.

Sessions unfold naturally at a comfortable pace, guided by connection and chemistry.

I also provide somatic intimacy coaching and virtual support for those looking to deepen their connection to their body and awareness.
