Cancellation Policy

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than two hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, the full donation as a missed appointment fee is charged to you.

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on my calendar that is no longer available to other clients and/or my day’s time. It is a courtesy to let me know if you will not be able to make your appointment. 

If cancellation is necessary, it’s required that you call at least a day in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time. Please be informed that deposits are non-refundable.

I have a standard pre-screening process. I may require proof of employment, and a valid ID.

If you'd like to schedule a FaceTime meeting, there's a $50 reservation fee.
