Cancelation Policy

I understand life happens and unexpected situations can arise 

Appointments canceled more than 48 hours in advance may transfer the deposit to a rescheduled appointment within 14 days (one-time courtesy).

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the deposit being non-refundable and non-transferable, and the remaining balance must be paid in full via Cash App or Venmo.

In the rare event that I need to cancel, your deposit will be fully refunded within 48 hours via the original payment method.
