Screening Options

• 1) A minimum of 2 provider references (seen within the last 6 months, providers must be legit and have active online presence)

• 2) PD Member (With provider verification) send screening request and text me your handle

• 3) Two photos: A clear photo of your government-issued ID or Passport and an additional photo of yourself holding the same ID or Passport. You can cover all your personal details with exception of photo, name, and D.O.B
