The Opening: Awakening Your journey begins with the ethereal resonance of French Koshi Chimes. As these elemental tones clear the energetic field, we share a Ceremonial Cacao service. This ancient heart-opener is served to activate the Anahata chakra, allowing your nervous system to transition from the "outside world" into a state of deep, compassionate receptivity.
The Journey: Conscious Connection From this centered space, we move into a bespoke sequence of Partner Yoga and Wellness Practices (breath, sound, and movement). Through gentle movement and restorative stretching, we play with space and time, inviting your body to find safety and profound relaxation.
The Deepening: Somatic Release The experience flows into floor-based bodywork and integrative yoga, followed by a ceremonial full-body massage using warm oils. This master-level fusion of Deep Tissue, Thai, Esalen-style, and Lomi Lomi techniques is specifically designed to melt physical armor and dissolve long-held emotional tension.
The Integration: Sacred Stillness As you drift into stillness, the ceremony is punctuated by the vibrations of sound toning (Hang drum and waterfall sounds). The Koshi Chimes return, their crystalline tones gently calling you back to center. We close the space with a restorative warm Tea service, allowing for quiet integration and reflection.
