If you do not have PD information please send ID, business website or LinkedIN along with 2-3 of your most recent previous provider references. I will need links to your previous provider references ads (not just their contact information) to verify their legitimacy as providers.If you have membership/ ID information to another screening site please include that as well. ❣️❣️
