Available Monday through Friday 10am-8pm Saturday 11-9pm Sundays (not typically but occasionally available upon request)

Verication can include but is not limited to 2-3 provider references (local to Arizona is preferred) please provide their names and telephone numbers. I would need to be contacted from a regular cellphone not a text or internet number. I do prefer text and typically don't answer calls except from established friends. If references are not available or unfamiliar to me I would need preferably a picture of your photo Id. I don't mind some of the information on the Id being covered but I would need to see your full name and picture. I would prefer that you also provide employment information. Sometimes that is unnecessary but occasionally I will request it. Additional employment verification may be requested if I deem it necessary.
