My exact availability can be found on the calendar located on this page https://datedanielle.com/availability/. I'm available 10am until midnight unless noted in the calendar. Short notice appointments (less than forty-eight hours notice given) are only available to clients I've met in the past year, clients that have been pre-screened, or clients that are using Preferred411 (you must have two okays from currently active providers you've seen within the last year). All other clients must give me at least forty-eight hours notice for screening.

Please note that there are fees for the following:

• Appointments Before Noon - $150/hour
• Short Notice Fee - $250/hour

For screening I will need your:

• Full name
• Email
• Phone number

As well as one of the following:

• Preferred411 member ID (with at least two provider okays from currently active providers that you've seen within the last year)
• Two provider references from reputable, active providers that you've seen within the last year (please include their name, email, website, and when/where you visited them) and the name, phone number, and email that you used with them
• Name of employer, position, work email, a copy of your driver's license (or passport for non US citizens), and current city and state of residence
