My schedule is flexible and times are available upon request. I am mostly available every day of the week and weekend, except Wednesday. Please get in contact with me via e-mail, phone (text only), or my website to set up a time.

All of your information will be handled with the utmost discretion and this is intended to keep us both safe. (a little tip: If you also use a proton e-mail, our conversations will be fully encrypted!) 

1. Full name (please provide first AND last)

2. Cell phone number

3. Date and time you would like to meet

4. Names, websites, and email addresses of at least 2 companions you have seen in the past 12 months. Please make sure they know you are using them as a reference.

If you do not have this screening information because you're new to companionship, I may offer other forms on a case by case basis. Just get in contact with me and we can work something out!
